My first impression of Bill when he came to quote the work was that I wanted to hire him based on the way he described how he works, paint products, and how he approaches a job. After interviewing others, I hired him based on the level of confidence I had that he would do a great job more than his estimate, which was also competitive. I had concerns because I had just installed hardwood floors and purchased new living room furniture. I had some tricky issues with separation lines in my ceilings and walls. They were all resolved. I wanted my stair railing stripped and sanded to match my new stairs and was afraid the stairs would be damaged in the process—no problem. The wall sanding and prep work removed the evidence of some very bad prior painting and taping that I thought I would have to live with, but it was all resolved. Great crew. Worked quickly and cleanly. I would use him again and would definitely recommend him.”
